I LOVE THESE GUYS! For months, I've been getting a "low pressure" warning for one of my tires (didn't know which one; you'd think a TPMS would have the "this tire!" identifier), so I've been going to gas stations and putting air in, trying to find the low one. Today, after going to THREE gas stations, two of which had broken air machines, I still had a low tire. Fed up and thinking I had an object in my tire, I went to one tire shop next to my house for help and got treated horribly. Silly me for going anywhere else but OK. I rolled up and explained it all to tech Ed. He was super helpful and immediately started filling my tires. Thanks to faulty air machines, I had nearly overfilled a front tire, so he fixed that. 4th tire, he found the culprit: A BOLT! Patching it would cost $28, so I gave him the go-ahead. As he starts, he also finds something scarier: a bubble in my sidewall, which could've blown anytime. We could've wrecked!! So he put on my spare, and I'll be going back asap to get both rear tires replaced. Every tech here has always treated me like a human being, instead of mansplaining everything as though I'm stupid. They're friendly, fun (the waiting room has some hilarious books!), efficient, and kind. I will never go anywhere else. P.S. CONGRATS on graduating Ed!!
Good morning Jamie, this review was awesome! Thank you. And yes, Ed is fantastic. I knew it when I met him. He was the type of individual that I wanted on my team. Thank you for recognizing him. Mark Tornatore General Manager
