Excellent customer service orientation! All the staff from the office people, mechanics and drivers are very courteous. They keep me posted every step of the way especially when problems were encountered. They may not be the lowest priced but they are reasonably priced and they do a great job. In addition, they are honest. If they see that a repair is not really needed they tell you. I used to go to the dealer but not anymore. There are many automotive repair shops out there but they can't top the honesty and excellent customer service orientation of OK Tires. That is why people always go back to them.

Have always had fast and courteous service. Really feel as though they have my best interest at hand every time I come in. Lot of energy in the building lets you know they are working hard for their customers. Only negative, I haven't always been quoted the lowest price even though they are willing to match other quotes, I just don't always have the time to explore that.

Even the smallest details are important to you folks. That's the case whether it's the care of my car or my well being.
