Excellent service! Got a smog check done there and even when it didnt pass first time, they did everything they could to help. They also take care of one of my staff's car as well as her family's cars as well. Thanks Tim!

I took my geo metro to these guys to get a front end alignment because a shop down the street didn't have the correct equipment for my wheels. I could not have been more pleased. The guys at the counter in the garage were friendly and more than helpful. The the mechanic that did the actual alignment was knowledgeable, quick and had a smile on the whole time. 10/10 Would go again.

Wow! What an incredible positive and "ALOHA" experience. I was seeing a customer across the street and when I returned to my car I noticed fluid leaking from the bottom of my car. Alittle frantic I asked my client if there was a place to go for repairs and he thought there was one at the corner but then I pulled out my handy dandy cell phone and low and behold he was right it was OK Tire & Auto Repair. I thought could I make it to the corner so while waiting for the light to turn I noticed there were lots of employees, guys working on cars and several bays and said to myself "I just hope they will tell me what's leaking and if they will even help me." Well I pulled up and all the guys were working on cars and I rolled down my window and this young man who was working on tires answered my request "excuse me I have this leak underneath my car can you please help me and tell me what it is?" He greeted me with a smile and respectively said "Sure no problem can you just pull up over here?" I thought o.k. he's gonna make me wait for 30 minutes or whatever, but nope he looked underneath my car and said "OMG you have a coolant leak". I said OMG can you guys fix it and where's it coming from?" He explained they would need to put it on a rack and check it out and fill out paperwork, etc. Anyhow, 10 minutes later after being greeted with more smiles and respect inside their counter area my car was up on a rack and guys looking at it. Mark and Nate at the front desk were the sweetest ever and that Mark is so nice and respectful even when they are busy!!! They explained they would need to wait until the car cooled down to determine where the leak was coming from and I was so appreciative, but I was working as well. Anyhow, they determined it was a broken coolant hose, etc., and they needed to get a part from the GMC dealer. OMG it's Friday at 1:30 p.m. could they get it done in time for me to get my car? Not a problem...THEY HAVE DOOR-TO-DOOR FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE in these nice clean van's!!! They took me back to my office and they picked me up when my car was done as well. Back to the problem at hand. O.K. being a female you always wonder if places like this will take advantage of a woman who knows nothing but not stupid. When they determined the problem they graciously showed me the problem with my own eyes, etc. HONESTY!!! THANK YOU!!! Hmmm! what else did I observe during my time there? How clean the place was for a 20 bay automotive place...yep, they have 20 stalls to fix cars very deceiving since its on both sides of the building. All the employees uniforms were clean, pressed and professional. I even noticed a nice heavy winter jacket someone was wearing and asked if the owner supplied the jacket and the answer was yes. I had the opportunity to ask the drivers who took me to my office if they liked working there and both said they loved it and the owners are great people. I could tell because turnover there is null! They are team players who care about their customers from the minute you speak to them no matter who you are and what the situation may be. I watched several people come and go and each time the same ALOHA spirit! I told the owner my experience and the fact is I will be taking my husbands truck (just broke down) to his facility. Here's the catch....we live in Roseville which is about 17 miles away and I usually take our cars to Roseville, but after this experience I'm hooked!!! If you want a place who you can TRUST AND BE HONEST AND CLEAN....with a happy smile and treats you like you are important....THIS IS THE PLACE!!! O.K. they get the job done and their techs know their stuff. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THEIR #1 QUALITY THEY HAVE and this is a family owned business around for over 35 years!!! Thank you to Tim, Laura, Mark, Nate, and the rest of the crew. You calmed a very upset woman down and fixed my car with a smile. Oh! and then I received a follow up call from Mark the following day asking if my car was o.k. and if there was anything else I needed or could have done better! Who the heck does that these days? OMG!!!! These guys were awesome!!!!! It started as a place for a second opinion from one frustrated woman (Meee!!). When I arrived I had Sophia (2 yrs old and acts like it lol) and they immediately got her a ball to play with and played with her, talked to her, and put up with her very loud voice and shenanigans. I live down the street from OK Tire and it always looked like a decent shop but I never had a reason to go until recently. I was coming home from work and started getting a horrible sound and after 45min of trying to figure it out myself I gave up and called OK Tire at 4pm. They said bring it down and they would look right away and that's exactly what they did. I brought it down and the service adviser had a guy waiting to jump right in and take a lap around the block to listen to the noise. He heard it and put it on the rack and starting looking for the source. After a few minutes they had a 2nd guy come and start helping to find the problem. After about 20-30min of them running tests they determined it was coming from the transmission and recommended me to take it to a tranny shop. It turned out to be a very strange tranny problem so they got it right and for the prompt attention of the Service adviser and 2 stop techs for 45min they charged me a total of $0 and gave me a list of tranny shops to try and ones to avoid. There is no question I will be back here and recommend them to anyone in the area that needs a good quality and honest auto shop.

Upon discovering that I needed 4 new tires on my vehicle, I immediately began to stress. The thought of having to fork out that kind of money when I least expected it made me sick. After several quotes from various repair shops including Big O Tires, I decided on OK Tires. Prior to yesterday, the only contact or business I had with OK Tires was when I worked for Enterprise Car Sales. What I greatly appreciated most about this shop was that they provided a few options that would best fit my vehicle as well as my budget. When I dropped off my vehicle, I was immediately greeted by Ivan and not only was the service exceptional, he was genuinely friendly! Once I was squared away, they provided a courtesy shuttle to take me to work (downtown Sacramento). The driver (Andre) was kind as well as engaged in friendly conversation (not awkward like some drivers) on the way to work. My vehicle was ready later that afternoon and again I was picked up by the courtesy shuttle. Mark assisted me when I arrived and couldn't have been more personable! Great attitude and the payment process were fast and painless. This is a shop that is honest with its customers and provide excellent customer services-proven by the many years it has been operational. I would highly recommend this shop and plan to return for additional services in the future. Thank you OK Tires for making the process of buying tires easy and headache free!!!

I have only been to OK Tire & Auto Repair once, but I can honestly say that I have never been more satisfied with an auto service before. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to any of my family and friends. I had OK Tire put on a new set of wheels and tires onto my car (I purchased tires and wheels elsewhere), and they gave me the most competitive price I could find. I spoke on the phone with Nate numerous times, and he assured me of a certain price. When I actually got to the store, I spoke with Mark (one of the managers) and he quoted me a different price that was higher. I simply told him that Nate had quoted me a particular price, and without making a hassle over it, Mark smiled and said he would take care of it at the price Nate quoted me. This was already a huge positive indicator for me. The service itself was perfect. The tires and wheels were installed perfectly, and they performed a full check of the car while they were at it (headlights, timing belt, fluid levels, brakes, etc). They helped me put the old tires and wheels into my trunk, they were extremely patient with one of my mix-ups that made everything take a lot longer (I had lug nuts that didn't fit the new wheels), they even sprayed tire cleaner onto my tires after they were done to make everything look good, and they were extremely honest about their prices and recommendations for future services. OK Tire also does alignments, oil changes, and brakes. It's hard to find honest auto repair shops that provide quality auto service, friendly customer service, and fair pricing. I think I may have found the place. The staff seemed extremely friendly and professional. Mark (one of the managers) was great, and Nate (one of the staff) was extremely helpful both on the phone and in person. I could not recommend this place more. I will definitely come back to them for my other auto services.

OK, so, I was referred to Ok Tire on Auburn Blvd to check the door on my new car that I bought from Enterprise Car Sales. So, I get there and Ivan (whom I have never met before) says to me " Hi Carol" that was a shocker. I was waiting for Ivan to check out the door on my car, so I decided to get some pricing on some Wheels for my ride, I was speaking with Kim (he was awesome) he priced the ones out for me, made some phone calls and was very efficient in getting all of the details on the pricing, time to receive them in etc. Ivan gets back to me and gives me a run down on where to go, who to talk to, a phone number to schedule an appt.. That day my daughter and I went to about 4 different places that sells wheels and got the pricing as well. Found out that these places were about the same price as OK Tires. My point is that I would recommend this place for whatever you need to have done and they can do it, go to them. There customer service is tremendous and they are concerned about the customer. I ended up buying my wheels from them and I will now use them for future things that I need done on my car. THEY HAVE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE , no matter what time of the day it is they do not change thier attitudes. THANK YOU IVAN AND KIM for everything, we will see you soon.....
